I need to the cuff bc I am short and it's awesome to be able to size up and have that swaggy oversized fit and not have them drag on the ground. These Restore Classic Sweats are the most comfy, thick, heavyweight swaggy Sweats. Usually XS in Vuori but going w S in everything lately (besides actual gym shorts and tanks) for the extra comfy and oversized look and fit. These are sooo warm and comfy - excellent for winter and colder weather.
