Vuori Birthday Program Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: January 13, 2026The Vuori Birthday Program (the "Program") is provided by Vuori, Inc. (“Vuori”). Members of the Program (“Members”) are responsible for remaining familiar with these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms apply to each Member’s participation in the Program.
In all matters relating to the administration of the Program, the decisions of Vuori will be final. Vuori reserves the right to change or cancel any aspect of the Program, at any time. If Vuori changes these Terms, Vuori will notify Member by posting the new Terms. Those changes will go into effect on the Last Revised date shown in the revised Terms.
ENROLLMENT
It is free to enroll in the Program. No purchase is necessary. To enroll in the Program, simply create an account at vuoriclothing.com and add your birthday to your Vuori account. Members are responsible for keeping contact information up to date in their account or by contacting Vuori at support@vuori.com. Vuori is not responsible for communications, offers, or Birthday Rewards sent to out-of-date email addresses.
Upon enrollment, Members will receive a welcome email with information about enrollment and participation in the Program.
ELIGIBILITY
Members must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States to be eligible to enroll in the Program. If Member is a minor in their location of residence, Member’s parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on Member’s behalf and Member may only participate in the Program with permission from their parent or legal guardian. By enrolling and participating in the Program, Member represents that they meet these eligibility requirements.
Vuori employees and their families are eligible to participate in the Program.
PROGRAM BENEFITSEach time you make a purchase and provide your email address, the amount of your purchase will be counted toward your total yearly spend (“Yearly Spend”). Your Yearly Spend is determined by how much you spend during the 365 day period ending two days before your birth month starts at vuoriclothing.com and Vuori stores. For example, if your birthday is July 17, your spend will be determined by the amount you spend from June 29 the year before through June 28 of the current year. The amount of your Yearly Spend is calculated after promotional offers are applied and does not include amounts spent on taxes and shipping or purchases of gift cards. Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your Yearly Spend for the original purchase will be deducted from your Yearly Spend. We are unable to retroactively apply amounts you spend to your Yearly Spend for those Members who do not identify themselves with their email address at time of purchase. Your Yearly Spend in the current program year determines what tier of benefits you will receive in the following program year (“Tier”). Each Tier has different benefits. You can find the list of current benefits at [link]. The benefits include an annual birthday reward (“Birthday Reward”). You must enroll in the Program no later than the last day of the month preceding your birth month. If this information is not added to your account until the month of your birth, or afterwards, your first Birthday Reward will be awarded in the following calendar year. REDEMPTION AND RESTRICTIONS
The Birthday Reward is valid for one-time use only and expires at the end of the month in which the email was sent. The Birthday Reward cannot be combined with other offers or discounts or used to purchase sale items or gift cards. It will not be applied to amounts charged for taxes or shipping or to prior purchases. No reissue or reimbursement for lost or void voucher. There is a limit of one Birthday Reward per Member per calendar year and Birthday Rewards cannot be transferred, delayed, or deferred. The Birthday Reward has no cash value. The Birthday Reward is non-transferable and voidable if transferred prior to redemption.
The amount of your Birthday Reward will be allocated to all items purchased using the Birthday Reward in proportion to each item’s price relative to the total order value. If you return or exchange an item from your purchase made using your Birthday Reward, we will issue a one-time replacement Birthday Reward in the amount proportionally associated with the item or items returned. You will not receive any other refund for the amount of the Birthday Reward allocated to your returned item or items. The replacement Birthday Reward will expire 14 days from the date it is issued. The value of the replacement Birthday Reward will be allocated proportionally to all items purchased using the replacement Birthday Reward based on each item’s price relative to the total order value. If you return any items from the subsequent purchase made using the replacement Birthday Reward, no additional Birthday Reward will be issued, you will forgo the amount of the Birthday Reward associated with the returned item or items, and will not receive any money back for that amount.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND TERMINATION
Customers can unsubscribe from marketing emails or request to have their birthday removed from their profile at any time by contacting our customer service team at support@vuoriclothing.com.
Subject to any requirements or limitations of applicable law, Vuori may at any time for any reason change or terminate the Program and these Terms. Vuori reserves the right to terminate you from the Program and to deny future membership if Vuori deems your conduct to violate these Terms. Resellers are excluded from the Program and from receiving Birthday Rewards and other Program benefits. If Vuori mistakenly issues Birthday Rewards for resale purchases, it reserves the right to deduct those improperly awarded Yearly Spend and to invalidate improperly issued Birthday Reward as well as to terminate such accounts. If you are found, in the sole discretion of Vuori to be a reseller, your account may be terminated.
Additionally, your Yearly Spend and Birthday Rewards will be forfeited if you or any authorized user violates the Terms or engages in any fraudulent activity, misuse or any activity deemed to be abusive or gaming conduct related to the Program as determined in Vuori’s sole discretion.
If you cancel your membership or if your membership or the Program are terminated by Vuori, any Yearly Spend will be forfeited, and Program benefits will end. Vuori, at its sole discretion, may terminate memberships without notice.
OPT-IN/PRIVACY
By providing Member’s enrollment information, Member is opting in to Program communications as well as email communications from Vuori. Member must be opted in to marketing communications to receive their Birthday Reward. Member is also giving permission to Vuori to use Member’s transaction and profile data to send personalized Program communications and special offers.
Member’s information will be used in accordance with Vuori’s privacy policy, available at https://vuoriclothing.com/pages/privacy-policy.
CCPA FINANCIAL INCENTIVE DISCLOSURE
Vuori offers various financial incentives. You can learn more at https://vuoriclothing.com/pages/privacy-policy#financialAnchor. Member may withdraw from the financial incentive by following the process in the “Cancellation and Closure of Account” section above.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PROGRAM, AND ALL CONTENT AVAILABLE ON THE RELATED WEBSITES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THOSE ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VUORI OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO MEMBER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING FOR THE INDIRECT LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAM OR RELATED WEBSITES, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND UNDER WHATEVER CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY BROUGHT (INCLUDING UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY OF LIABILITY) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to Member. To the extent Vuori may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim any warranty or limit Vuori’s liability, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of Vuori’s liability will be the minimum permitted under such law.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Member agrees to indemnify and hold Vuori (and its Affiliates), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of Member’s use of the Program-related websites or arising from a breach of these Terms by Member or anyone using Member’s account, or Member’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party. If Vuori assumes the defense of such a matter, Member will reasonably cooperate with Vuori in such defense.
OTHER PROVISIONS
Any action relating to the use of the Program and related websites or any transaction with Vuori must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. Member consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of any such action.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws rules or provisions.
Under no circumstances will Vuori be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other causes beyond Vuori’s reasonable control.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
The failure by Vuori to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not prevent Vuori from enforcing such right or provision in the future.
Vuori may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or equity, or by operation of law.
