  For the most part, we've received phenomenal customer service every time we come to this location. Today, me and my mom came in for mother's day to browse and do a quick return. The main sales associate (Ava) who helped ring us up was extremely cold, dismissive and unprofessional. The way she spoke to my mom, ESPECIALLY on Mother's day, was really disappointing. I love Vuori and the employees at this location have always been so kind. I hope I don't have to interact with Ava again.

  Great service and a really good selection. I've been to some and they don't have most things you can find on their site. This one seems to though.

  We love Vuori and have shopped here multiple times. We have always been so lucky to have Beck help us! He has always gone above and beyond to make the whole experience amazing. Vuori’s clothes are very quality and well made. Great selection for men and women! Vuori is lucky to have Beck!

  The clothes are amazing and I love them! The quality is amazing and I feel confident in the clothes I get from here. The service is not the best. The employees sort of stand around and are only focused on talking to eachother. I love seeing a team that's close, but when I'm trying to get help, and there's none, its frustrating - especially given the price-point of the clothing. I also had to flag someone down to help me check-out even though the store was completely empty.

  Today I had a really scary moment — I accidentally left my bag in the store, and it contained all my cash. When I realized it, I was honestly panicking. But when I came back, the employees had kept everything safe for me. Nothing was missing. Their honesty, kindness, and professionalism truly touched me. They even refused any cash reward, which says so much about their character. This experience restored my faith in people, and I’m deeply grateful. Thank you for having such wonderful staff. I will never forget this kindness.
